Any race with a section of the course designated Big A$$ Hill is not fooling around.
To get into this race, I was parked in front of the computer waiting for registration to open. It sold out in 15 minutes, and I was pleased to have secured a spot. All that was totallyl worth it. We had a fantastic weather day, and trails were in good condition for a very, VERY tough race. There's a whole lot of elevation gain and loss on this course, and it's going to roast your legs and butt. Dave and I *had* to get a photo on Big Ass Hill because...well...because. The race directors did a phenomenal job, and the volunteers were fantastic. This was a lot of fun, and I would definitely do it again.
