This was the first year for this new race at the old Girl Scout Camp that the Richfield bought a few years back. This race has hills and is a good mix of single track dirt, roots, small stream crossings, boggy sections of sloppy mud, dam crossing, and some open field running near the power lines. The route takes you past most of the buildings and other structures on the property, which some of them are very large old brick homes, very cool. I will be back next year and highly recommend this race for a change of scenery! They offered both a 13.1 and a 50K, I chose the 13.1. http://www.friendsofcrowellhilaka.org/
