Hot summer fun at Pine Hollow

 Tough day with the heat yesterday, but Pine Hollow is one of my very favorite places to run.  Upgraded from the 5 mile to 10 yesterday morning (that might have been kind of stupid) so my results got a little goofed up.  Based on time, I came across the line 7th which isn't bad considering I was struggling with the heat on the 2nd lap and my HR was super high.  The best part was seeing the start of the 2 mile dog run.  It is absolutely worth coming out to watch!
