The only thing flat on this course was my parking spot! If you're looking for a good training 13.1 with hills, you found it.

It started off in the mid 60's and cloudy, and at mile 7.5 the heavy rain started and didn't end until about mile 12. Well that felt good, NOT!!! :-) The race is mostly rolling country roads with three section of trail in between, which was a nice way to mix things up.

The event finishes inside the Lake Farm Park for the last 1.5 miles, and again HILLS. The race had almost 300 people, and 60 teams of 3, so it was well attended.

I would recommend this race to build character! LOL

The Lake Health Hill Yeah! Half Marathon is scenic, winding through the Lake Metroparks Farmpark, Chapin Forest, and Penitentiary Glen Reservation, all the while running the surrounding roads that will test the best in you.

Both the Half Marathon and Half Marathon 3-person relay events will be chip timed, and both start and finish at Lake Metroparks Farmpark in Kirtland, Ohio.
