Supporting a fellow Tri Club Member for a benefit race is more satisfying than the finish line.

It was great to have a small local race to be a part of.  There are not too many 10k runs in the Cleveland area so this was a treat.

 A great race for Snakebite.Racing.  Mark Durno, Heidi Benson, Julie Sadar, and special appearance from Paul Gigliotti. 

Mark was off like a bandit so Heidi and I ran togther.  We helped keep each other on an even pace for solid runs.  Heidi gapped me in the last 3/4 mile and finished about 15 seconds ahead of me.

I was very happy with my 7:04/mile pace.
