I have been athletically active all my life but I found multi-sport in 2000 with my first duathlon. I eventually got serious about triathlons and completed my first 70.3 in 2004.
Since then I have completed multi-sport races of many distances and formats. Over time I became more involved with the multi-sport community holding various leadership roles for Snakebite Racing and eventually joining the board and becoming president of CTC.
I am fortunate to have my wife Aimee joining me on many of these adventures. We have trained and completed Ironman Wisconsin and Muskoka without seriously hurting each other. I couldn't ask for a better training or traveling companion unless.....
...I am traveling/training/racing with some of the awesome members of CTC. One of my favorite race day pastimes is being a fan for those on the race course. My safari hat and bright colored speedo has lifted the spirits of participants at marathons, duathlons, triathlons (sprint - 140.6 - Triple T).
In my spare time I host an impromptu kitchen show called #covid19foodporn. Aimee and I like to share our cooking in the kitchen with family and friends.
Our two dogs Riley and Zoe also make guest appearances in our social media.
