Race was 15 miles (15 laps) closed course. 28 riders and only a hand full that knew how to ride a straight line. There race had 5 USA officials. This was no Time Tyler race everything by the book and very well done.

I knew it was going to be crazy after the rider in front of me fell down at the start because he tried to click his feet in while in to big of a gear. Once he was down 2 riders attacked from the start they got out about 200 yards from the field for a lap but were reeled in. This race compared to my training race on thursday at the same location I raced smarter. I stayed in the middle of the pack until I recovered from the very hard and fast start. I did not put my face in the wind.

There were a couple of feeble attacks but nothing was getting a way. In the middle of the pack there were a lot of riders not paying attention, jumping from wheel to wheel with little regards to other riders and crossing wheels. Our Tuesday night westlake riders a far better riders.

Last lap I missed the start of the sprint (missed judged) and out of position but I closed quickly. I had no wheel to jump on so I put my face in the wind missing 5th by a wheel and 6th bye a half a wheel.

Trexlertown a great place to race and train. I had my road bike on the velodrome during my visit had a great time.
